About me

Hello! My name is Karen Trout.

Faith, psychology, art, and communication serve as my primary sources of inspiration. I excel in diverse projects and embrace creative challenges. As a Hospitality Specialist with over 7 years of experience, I excel at planning and executing excellent guest experiences. I manage all operational aspects of my business, including customer service, unit preparation, and maintenance. I also have a strong background in administrative support, having worked as an Administrative Assistant for over 17 years at The Clorox Company. There, I supported various departments, coordinated leadership team meetings, managed complex calendars, and provided computer support. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Leadership and Communication Studies from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies, after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology and a Minor in Biblical Theology from Biola University.
